Retail Support Opportunities

Location: Woodbury Commons, NY

Pay: $25/hour

Start Date: ASAP — must start by September 14 at the latest

End Date: October 15, with potential for extension

Schedule: 40 hours/week; part-time may be considered

Sales Support

We’re looking for a Sales Support team member to assist with the customer experience and day-to-day store needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers
• Connect customers with the appropriate sales team members
• Assist with go-backs and maintaining an organized sales floor
• Support merchandising and presentation standards
• Provide general support to the sales team as needed

Stock Support

We’re also seeking Stock Support to assist primarily with back-of-house operations and inventory organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with stock and back-of-house operations
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Process and organize go-backs
• Keep the stockroom clean and organized
• Support the sales floor with replenishment as needed

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales support, stock, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Luxury or contemporary retail experience is a plus
