Trial Partner (No Portables Reqd) Opportunity in DC

Garrison has been engaged by a prestigious firm that has built one of the more active trial/litigation practices in the market. The firm’s litigation group roughly doubled its revenue over the past year and is looking to add rising partner depth to help handle active cases headed to trial over the next year. This is a trial-focused practice within a large platform. The group is located in various parts of the US but this search is to be part of the team based in Washington, DC.

Who they're looking for:

Partners in their first 5–10 years of partnership and have meaningful trial experience. First-chair experience isn't required, but candidates should have a clear trajectory toward it. Portable business also isn't required, although some track record of client development is helpful. Ideal candidates will come from AmLaw 50 firms or top-tier litigation boutiques. Federal clerkships are a plus, but not required.
