Supply Chain Coordinator

New Supply Chain Coordinator position. The role does not require a strong background in logistics or supply chain, but advanced Excel skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales reporting and analytics for the Sales Office


• Collect, enter, update, and maintain data in our proprietary database management system, including forecast information


• Standardize, create, manage, and deliver weekly business results reports and analysis to the Sales and Supply Chain teams, as well as customers


• Generate data visualizations to support business operations


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance and other business units, to achieve team objectives


• Follow established processes, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines


• Perform other assignments as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–3 years’ experience in a data analysis or similar role


• Advanced proficiency in Excel (required – candidates will be tested)


• Strong communication skills


• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Bilingual: English and Spanish
