Elevated Exec is an executive career intelligence firm founded by a career headhunter with 20+ years in retained executive search.

Executive search firms are retained by companies. Elevated Exec is retained by the executive.

We work confidentially with high-performing senior leaders to:

By the time an executive finishes our process, they aren't browsing. They're clear, prepared, and specific about the seat they want.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are building a small network of experienced executive search professionals who want access to prepared executive talent — without changing anything about how they work today.

When one of our executives fits a search you're running, a client you serve, or a market you cover, we facilitate a personal, confidential introduction between that executive and the appropriate decision-maker on your side.

You bring the client relationship. We bring the prepared executive.

WHAT YOU GET

• Personal introductions to qualified, market-ready executives — C-suite and senior-level talent who are prepared, informed, and genuinely interested in the right conversation


• Access to executive talent you may not otherwise encounter — including leaders exploring confidentially who would never appear in a database or answer a cold approach


• A flat referral fee when an executive you refer to us signs and pays. Structure is straightforward and we'll walk you through it on the call


• A confidential, low-volume relationship — this is not a mass referral program

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
