Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet schedules, KPIs, quality standards, and customer deadlines.


• Manage, train, coach, and evaluate production employees.


• Coordinate workflow, staffing, equipment, and production priorities.


• Resolve production issues and collaborate with other departments.


• Support expedited orders and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety requirements.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.


• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 1+ year in management.


• Experience in contract manufacturing preferred.


• Familiarity with IPC/interconnect standards and manufacturing equipment.


• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.


• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and standard office software.
