Pay:

• W2: $76/hour with benefits available for full time


• 1099: $80/hour

We are actively hiring Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) for school-based opportunities throughout New York City.

Our team works closely with each provider to identify placements that align with their experience, preferred location, schedule, and professional goals. Whether you're seeking a full-time role or additional hours, we offer flexible opportunities across public, private, and charter schools.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students


• Support social-emotional development and behavioral goals


• Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting as needed


• Maintain accurate electronic documentation


• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers


• Assist with crisis intervention and student support planning when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Active New York State LMHC or LCSW License


• Strong communication and documentation skills


• School-based experience preferred but not required
