Sales and Account Representative

Quad City Solutions is hiring a Sales and Account Representative to join our Des Moines team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll help customers navigate wireless products, account options, upgrades, and services while developing experience in sales and customer relations. No wireless experience is required. We provide paid training to help you learn the products, customer process, and sales approach.

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers and identify their wireless and account needs


• Explain products, services, pricing, upgrades, and current promotions


• Assist with account setup, product selections, and service options


• Recommend solutions based on individual customer needs


• Build and maintain positive customer relationships


• Stay current on products and services through ongoing training


• Work toward individual performance goals while contributing to team results

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required. Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, food service, or other customer-facing environments can transfer well into this position. This role can be a strong fit for someone who enjoys working toward goals, learning new skills, tracking their progress, and developing professionally within a team setting.

Pay and Benefits

• $12–$17/hour base pay + commissions and bonuses
