Construction Project Manager

CR Fletcher is currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager as well as an additional Superintendent in Syracuse. This person will manage day to day construction operations, prepare/track budgets, project planning, scope, scheduling, estimates etc. Projects range up to $10mil. This is a new position due to growing business needs. Projects will mainly be local but could be anywhere in NYS. We are looking for someone with ground up experience as well as renovations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle


• Manage project budget


• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills


• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints


• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
