Patient Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Patient Operations Lead to guide patients through their treatment journey after they begin care with our practice.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes ownership of ensuring every patient experience runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient schedules, including procedures, follow-ups, and treatment sessions


• Guide patients through timelines, next steps, and preparation requirements


• Ensure all necessary documentation and requirements are completed prior to treatment


• Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, instructions, and updates


• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support a seamless experience


• Assist with tracking payments and ensuring accounts remain up to date


• Maintain an organized, efficient, and well-managed daily schedule

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a medical, aesthetic, or high-touch customer coordination role required


• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines


• Professional, calm, and solutions-oriented mindset


• Comfortable working with systems and technology

Estimated Salary Range: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
