Your responsibilities may include: Provides clinical services to assigned clients as per the guidelines of licensing agencies and ensures compliance with policies and procedures as well as with regulatory and licensing agencies. Performs individual and group therapy Provides appropriate documentation which includes developing treatment plans and monthly reports on client behavior, attitude, achievement, education, and overall progress in the program. Analyzes and interprets client records, behavior, progress, and treatment plans in relationship with treatment services. Ensures all documentation is completed in a timely manner and meets regulatory compliance. Ensures that goals and objectives from clients' individualized treatment plans are being addressed; Modifies clients' individualized treatment plan as needed. Works closely with clinical director, case managers, treatment supervisors, senior treatment supervisors and education department to ensure that all youth involved in work programs fulfill restitution, and court costs and fines obligations. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Compassionate Dependable Patient Team-Oriented Service-Focused Professional Positive Committed to Helping Others Qualifications Education and Experience Required: Master's degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing or other related fields and one year of clinical experience Candidates with relevant experience are preferred. Other Qualifications: At least twenty-one (21) years of age Must have a valid Driver's License Physical exams that include TB and drug testing. Must pass both federal and state background checks which screen for crimes including, but not limited to drug related crimes, violent crimes, sexual abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, and repeated misdemeanors. Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks, including but not limited to employment and/or personal reference and driving records. Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department. Schedule • Full-Time • Shift: Monday - Friday Must be available to work weekends! Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and remain active and engaged throughout an 8-hour residential shift Ability to work in a secure, controlled-access residential facility environment Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to safety emergencies Apply Today!
