Licensed Mental Health Therapists - Remote Telehealth Positions

This remote position offers flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere, adapting your work hours to suit your lifestyle while maintaining a standard schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our telehealth facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to facilitate seamless virtual interactions with clients, providing you with a digital platform that enhances your effectiveness and reach.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the needs of clients, utilizing a range of diagnostic tools and methodologies.


• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solutions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.


• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven techniques in individual and group therapy sessions.


• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical records, consistently adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards.


• Engage collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care.


• Lead case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to continuously improve treatment approaches and outcomes.


• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available community resources, providing crucial support and guidance.


• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health, integrating new findings into practice to enhance the therapeutic process.

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depressive disorders, and other mental health concerns. Our diverse client base includes individuals from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges. Your empathetic approach will be central to establishing trust and effectively guiding clients through their healing journeys.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).


• Proven experience in solution-focused psychotherapy, employing techniques that directly address client needs and deliver measurable outcomes.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.


• Astrong ability to analyze complex situations and provide sound advice and support to clients.


• Experience working collaboratively with a team of professionals, fostering synergy and mutual respect.

• Demonstrated experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, as it requires proficiency in virtual communication tools and adapting therapeutic practices to online environments.


• Engagement in continued education and professional development within mental health practices to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills.


• A background in trauma-informed care approaches and an understanding of cultural competencies are advantageous for effectively serving our diverse clientele.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
