This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the state of Oregon. • Deliver virtual counseling sessions to a diverse clientele, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.


• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop and modify treatment plans based on clients' progress.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.


• Make informed referrals to additional resources as needed, based on your clinical judgment and clients' unique circumstances.


• Engage in continuous learning and personal growth initiatives to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge of the latest evidence-based practices.


• Prioritize self-care by setting healthy professional boundaries and seeking support when necessary, fostering long-term wellness in both your personal and professional life.

Our ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. You will also support couples navigating complex emotional dynamics and families seeking cohesive strategies for improvement. A strong emphasis is placed on creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients from all backgrounds, facilitating their journey towards healthier, more fulfilling lives.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).


• A Master's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.


• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering an environment of trust and respect.


• Strong theoretical understanding of mental health treatment modalities and proficiency in assessment tools.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear interactions within a virtual setting.

While a minimum of two years in a clinical setting is required, we welcome candidates with 2-3 years of experience specifically in telehealth to apply. Familiarity with digital counseling platforms and tools is essential, as these will be instrumental in your daily practice.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, accompanied by a robust benefits package that includes:
