• Conduct detailed assessments to develop effective, individualized treatment plans that align with client needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.


• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches to promote mental well-being.


• Set therapeutic goals in consultation with clients and consistently monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.


• Utilize teletherapy platforms for virtual sessions, accommodating clients with various accessibility needs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.


• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• A valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R, reflecting your expertise and capability to practice independently in a clinical setting.


• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Experience in providing mental health counseling in a community health clinic setting or private practice.

You will receive competitive compensation between USD 90,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and clinical experience. Additional benefits include:
