As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting video consultations with clients, ensuring a safe and effective therapeutic environment.


• Diagnosing and treating a variety of emotional and mental health disorders, with a focus on grief, anxiety, stress, and other presenting issues.


• Empowering clients by equipping them with coping strategies and decision-making tools tailored to their personal challenges.

Your clients will primarily include stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns. All clients are pre-screened to ensure you are working within your scope of expertise, allowing you to provide focused and effective care to those who need it most. To qualify for the Telehealth Mental Health Counselor role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.


• An independent license from one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).


• Strong computer literacy, with a comfort level in using digital health platforms for client interaction.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in:
