• Conduct therapeutic sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a safe and professional environment for clients.


• Assess clients' mental health needs by performing evaluations, gathering historical information, and developing personalized treatment plans.


• Diagnose and treat various emotional or mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, grief, and stress.


• Assist clients in developing coping strategies, emotional resilience, and skills necessary for making positive life choices.

The client population consists primarily of stable adults presenting with low acuity mental health concerns. Clients are pre-screened before being assigned to therapists, ensuring they are appropriately matched for effective outcomes. This targeted approach enables you to focus on delivering high-quality care consistently.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.


• A valid and independent license to practice in your state, which may include LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.


• Demonstrated proficiency in using technology for remote counseling and therapy.

• Experience in providing mental health counseling, particularly through telehealth platforms, is preferred.


• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and modalities.


• Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload effectively.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a robust salary structure, therapists will receive:
