• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches aimed at promoting healing and personal development.
• Set clear, measurable therapeutic goals and consistently monitor client progress to refine treatment strategies as necessary.
• Conduct virtual sessions that accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges, ensuring that therapy is inclusive and responsive to varying needs.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans thoroughly to maintain adherence to ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including participating in case consultations, obtaining continuing education opportunities, and staying abreast of the latest developments within the mental health field.

The clients you will work with encompass a diverse demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults who may be facing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other psychological concerns. Your role as a therapist is pivotal in providing compassionate support and skilled interventions to help them navigate their unique struggles and promote mental wellness.

• Must hold a current and valid state license as either LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor complemented by a non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a thriving caseload efficiently.

Experience in telehealth therapy is a plus, although we welcome candidates who have a passion for transitioning into a virtual therapy setting. Familiarity with electronic health records and teletherapy platforms will support your effectiveness in this role.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and level of experience. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide:
