• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, histories, and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Provide engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing virtual platforms to ensure accessibility for clients.
• Establish therapeutic goals, regularly monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with ethical and organizational standards.
• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions to foster collaboration and share best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions focused on the latest advancements in mental health care.

As a mental health counselor, you will work with individuals seeking to improve their mental well-being, and your empathetic and non-judgmental approach will be vital in establishing trust and rapport.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• A passion for helping others, combined with a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently to meet client needs and administrative responsibilities.

• Previous experience providing telehealth services or virtual therapy sessions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 per year, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 for licensed therapists. Additional benefits include:
