Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health status through interviews and standardized assessments to inform treatment plans.
- Develop and implement personalized therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client, addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing both traditional and innovative therapy techniques to engage clients and promote their active participation in the healing process.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and ensure clients receive appropriate referrals when necessary.
- Regularly review and document clients’ progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
- Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York State.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, showcasing a robust portfolio of work with diverse populations.
- A profound understanding of mental health disorders, offering evidence-based treatment insights, and demonstrating cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

Allied Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
