AP/CP Pathologist Opportunity - One Hour from Chicago

Start Date: As soon as possible

Compensation: $350,000 - $450,000 annually

We are seeking a dedicated Pathologist to join a flourishing pathology practice within a prominent non-profit academic healthcare organization. The selected candidate will engage in a well-rounded mix of anatomic and clinical cases, with the chance to focus on specific areas of interest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a diverse array of cases in surgical pathology, cytopathology, and frozen sections.
  • Participate in tumor boards and collaborate with various specialties throughout the network.
  • Work within a supportive team of three experienced pathologists and skilled support staff in a collaborative practice setting.
  • Utilize advanced technology, including ongoing digital pathology implementation.
  • No autopsy responsibilities, as these are managed at a separate downtown facility.
Work Schedule
  • Flexible hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Minimal on-call duties, approximately one week per month.
Support for Specialization

If desired, there is an opportunity for sub-specialization in breast pathology.
