• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and specific needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques to foster personal growth.

• Facilitate teletherapy for clients, ensuring accessibility for those unable to meet in person.

Our client base is diverse, spanning various demographics and backgrounds. You will work with individuals facing multifaceted challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and life transitions. • A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).


• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective engagement with clients.


• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude towards individuals from all walks of life.


• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage caseloads and documentation.

• Prior experience in a mental health or clinical setting, particularly in teletherapy practices.

Gentle Motion Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
