We are excited to collaborate with a prominent medical institution to seek a Pain Medicine Physician for their Department of Anesthesiology, specifically within the Division of Pain Management. Candidates must possess ABA pain medicine certification. This academic role presents a vibrant mix of outpatient care, interventional procedures, operating room responsibilities, hospital consultative medicine, and educational duties. You will be part of a well-established division led by seasoned faculty, working alongside fellows, residents, and medical students in a supportive academic setting. With a structured weekday schedule, no in-house call obligations, advanced procedural opportunities, and a forward-thinking compensation model, this position strikes an excellent balance between professional development, academic involvement, and lifestyle flexibility.

• Innovative compensation structure with total earnings potential rising from $390,000 in the first year to $585,000 or more by the third year.
• Organized weekday schedule with allocated office and procedure time.
• No in-house call duties required.
• Shared outpatient call rotation approximately every third weekend.
• Engage in advanced procedures such as spinal cord stimulation, pump placement, and minimally invasive lumbar decompression (MILD).
• Access to dedicated operating room facilities for sterile cases.
