Licensed Mental Health Therapists - Remote Opportunities

Omni Healing Counseling Aid is currently seeking passionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dedicated team. In this full-time position, you will utilize your expertise to provide high-quality mental health support to clients through teletherapy and in-person sessions. Our competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year reflects our commitment to attracting the best talent in the industry.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate individual client needs and establish a clinical baseline.


• Develop and implement effective, personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.


• Provide therapeutic support through individual counseling sessions via teletherapy or in-person visits, utilizing appropriate modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.


• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.


• Maintain meticulous and ethical documentation of all client interactions to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.


• Engage in regular professional development and training sessions to enhance your skill set and expand your therapeutic techniques.

Our client population ranges from children to adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. We are dedicated to providing culturally competent care and tailoring our therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse needs of our clients, ensuring they receive the most appropriate and effective support available.

• Possession of a current, valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.


• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred (Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology).


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective assessment and client interaction.


• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude when working with clients of varying backgrounds.


• Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple clients and treatment plans simultaneously.

• Prior experience in a private practice or outpatient mental health setting.


• Experience conducting teletherapy sessions and a comfortable familiarity with digital communication tools.


• Knowledge of insurance processes and billing practices in mental health services.
