Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches suited to client requirements.
- Monitor and document client progress towards established therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
- Provide teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face barriers to traditional in-person sessions.
- Maintain meticulous records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing our electronic health record system efficiently for documentation and insurance processing.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.
Our practice serves a diverse clientele dealing with a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications- A valid and active state license in mental health practice (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) is required.
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients in virtual settings.
- Dedication to providing empathetic, non-judgmental care, and a passion for mental health advocacy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a dynamic caseload.
- Previous experience in teletherapy or utilizing telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and a commitment to ongoing learning.
- Experience working with a diverse client population, particularly with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, and depression.
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
