Key ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day role will encompass a variety of responsibilities essential for effective mental health treatment:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to understand their mental health needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on these assessments, ensuring a client-centered approach.
- Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions through virtual platforms, adapting your methodologies to suit each client's unique situation.

QualificationsTo be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:
- A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients.
- A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, fostering a non-judgmental environment for clients.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently.
While not mandatory, experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with digital therapeutic tools will be advantageous. Experience working with specific populations, such as trauma survivors or adolescents, may also enhance your application.
