Telehealth Mental Health Counselor - Licensed Therapists Needed

Mind-body Connection Health Center is seeking dedicated and fully licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our innovative telehealth team. This position is entirely remote, embracing the telehealth model that allows flexibility and convenience for both therapists and clients. You will interact with a dynamic team of mental health professionals, all working together to deliver effective therapy in a supportive virtual environment. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to accurately evaluate each client's individual needs.


• Create tailored treatment plans designed to address the specific goals and challenges of your clients, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.


• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).


• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide integrated care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall treatment efficacy.


• Educate clients’ families about mental health conditions and therapeutic processes, encouraging their involvement in the recovery journey.


• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to regulatory requirements and ethical standards for confidentiality.

You will work with a rich and diverse client population of varying ages and backgrounds, each presenting unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role will involve fostering a therapeutic alliance, building trust, and tailoring strategies to meet individual needs, thereby contributing to meaningful and measurable improvements in clients’ lives.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).


• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.


• Proven experience in mental health counseling with specialized training that addresses a spectrum of psychological disorders and treatment modalities.


• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices along with the ability to apply these methods effectively in a virtual setting.


• Demonstrated exceptional counseling and therapeutic skills, including the ability to establish rapport and motivate clients throughout their therapeutic journey.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure cohesive teamwork with other mental health professionals.

• Experience working in a telehealth or remote mental health setting, adept at utilizing digital communication tools for therapy.


• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems or telehealth platforms is a plus.


• Prior experience facilitating group therapy or workshops aimed at enhancing community mental well-being.
