We are looking for a dedicated Therapist to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), catering to adults and seniors facing mental health and addiction challenges. This position is based on-site and involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at fostering recovery and stability.

• Conduct both group and individual therapy sessions.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Engage in treatment planning and assist with discharge coordination.

• Relevant degree and licensure in therapy or counseling.
• Experience in mental health and addiction treatment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
