The Machine Operator I V is responsible for operating machinery in a manufacturing environment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures.

• Monitor production output and quality to meet specifications.

• Operate overhead cranes for efficient material handling.

• Operate chord cutter .

• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment as required .

• Lifting or moving heavy objects.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Adhere to safety protocols.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required .

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to perform all job duties of Machine Operator levels I , II and II I .

• Min imum o f 1 y ear o f ex perience in a manu facturi ng se tting pref erred .

• Valid c rane certification.

• 3G welding certification .

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Frequent communication with others to exchange information.

• Frequent repetition of motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

• Frequent moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.

• Frequent lifting or moving objects up to 5 0 pounds in all directions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Manufacturing floor with machinery.

• Exposure to airborne particles, loud noises, and extreme heat and cold.
