This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep production moving while following strong safety and food-quality standards.</p><p><strong>Pay</strong></p><ul><li>$20./hr base + 15% shift differential = <strong>$23.00/hr</strong></ul><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Sunday–Wednesday, 8:30 PM–6:30 AM</strong><li><strong>Thursday overtime as needed</strong></ul><p><strong>Location</strong></p><ul><li>Hilbert, WI (On-site)</ul><p><strong>Position details</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time, <strong>Try-Before-Hire</strong><li>Multiple openings (3)</ul><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li>Flex to multiple areas to support production needs<li>Open barrels/blocks/bags of product and other ingredients<li>Weigh ingredients to batch-sheet specifications<li>Cut/trim ingredients to correct weights (using knives/wires)<li>Load product into grinders (heavy lifting required)<li>Bag, box/tape, and palletize finished goods<li>Keep work areas clean and safe; empty recycling/garbage as needed<li>Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP practices<li>Perform additional duties as assigned</ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to lift up to <strong>60 lbs</strong> and do repetitive work<li>Ability to stand/walk for <strong>10-hour</strong> shifts<li>Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment with variable temperatures<li>Basic math skills and attention to detail<li>Reliable attendance<li>Authorized to work in the U.S.</ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent<li>Solid work history<li>Prior food manufacturing experience<li>Knowledge of GMP/food safety standards</ul><p><strong>Work environment</strong><br>Food manufacturing facility with cooler warehouse areas and warmer production zones; moderate-to-loud noise levels; PPE required (safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, hairnet).</p><p><strong>How to apply</strong><br>Apply through ABR Employment Services to be considered.
