Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Asheville, NC, supporting active construction projects in a hands-on coordination role. This position works closely with the Project Manager to keep construction activity organized, documented, and moving forward across office teams, field teams, subcontractors, inspectors, and homeowners.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional who enjoys scheduling, documentation, project tracking, and communication. The role offers exposure to project management processes, permitting, inspections, invoicing, warranty coordination, and federal program documentation standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day coordination of assigned construction projects.
- Schedule subcontractors, crews, project milestones, homeowner access, and related project activities.
- Support permitting, permit tracking, inspection requests, and required documentation gathering.
- Coordinate with homeowners regarding scheduling, project status, access needs, and follow-up items.
- Prepare and process invoicing, warranty claims, cost estimate support, and project documentation.
- Maintain builder files, program documentation, and systems of record for project managers and superintendents.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Location: Asheville, NC.
