RESPONSIBILITIES:As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide guidance and support to residents and their families.
Monitor residents while administering medications and treatments as required.
Document care services for residents by maintaining accurate records in departmental files.
Ensure the safety of residents and staff by following infection control policies and procedures.
Address resident concerns and needs by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Maintain high standards of care by adhering to the facility's philosophies and care protocols.
Uphold resident confidentiality to maintain trust and confidence.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Possession of a current State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Experience in Long-Term Care is preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office.
Strong communication abilities.
A friendly demeanor and a commitment to teamwork.
