Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility

Our organization, located in Parkersburg, WV, is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional clinical care within our skilled nursing facility. In this role, the RN will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of residents
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Managing and updating care plans
• Monitoring the health conditions of residents with an emphasis on safety and dignity

You will work collaboratively with a diverse interdisciplinary team, provide support to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and maintain open lines of communication with both residents and their families. This position not only allows you to foster meaningful relationships but also enhances your skills in long-term care and rehabilitation nursing within a resident-centered atmosphere.
