Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility

Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role is centered around providing compassionate, resident-focused care to our residents.

• Deliver and coordinate clinical care for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
• Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to maintain high standards of care.
• Support and uphold quality and safety standards within the facility.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
