Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility

Our organization, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Maine, is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver resident-focused care.

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and needs.
• Administer medications and provide necessary treatments.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the clinical status of residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings.
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' dignity, safety, and overall quality of life.
• Engage with therapists, physicians, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

• Current RN license in the state of Maine.
• Strong commitment to providing compassionate care.
