• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and needs.
• Administer medications and manage treatment plans effectively.
• Develop and coordinate personalized care plans tailored to individual residents.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support residents in rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory support.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to support staff.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in all aspects of care.
• Engage in regular communication with residents' families to keep them informed and involved.

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Rhode Island.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
