Skilled Nursing & Rehab Registered Nurse

Our organization, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Burlington, NC, is on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Nurse. This role focuses on delivering resident-centered care within a professional and licensed environment.

• Conduct assessments of residents to determine their health needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and coordinate personalized care plans for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care patients.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate recovery and address complex clinical requirements.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
