Registered Nurse (RN)

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-focused care within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role is essential in ensuring the well-being of our residents through various responsibilities.

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document any changes in residents' conditions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care.
• Maintain precise documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Assist in planning for resident discharges.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
