Skilled Nursing Facility Registered Nurse

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional clinical care to residents at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Corning, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of residents' health.
• Administering medications and various treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinating individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
• Monitoring and documenting any changes in residents' conditions.
• Working collaboratively with physicians, therapists, certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and family members to ensure the highest levels of comfort, safety, and positive outcomes.
• Supervising support staff to maintain a high standard of care.
• Accurately documenting all relevant information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Providing education and support to residents and their families.
