Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate residents' conditions regularly.
• Document all relevant information in electronic medical records (EMRs).
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide mentorship to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Educate residents and their families about care plans and health management.
• Maintain high standards of infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
