Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students
• Strong knowledge of Special Education processes, including IEP development and participation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and consultation skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents
• Experience with crisis intervention and providing counseling services to students is highly valued
• Dedication to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, interpret assessment data, and develop individualized recommendations for student support
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding academic and behavioral interventions
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Provide direct counseling services to students, as needed
• Support crisis intervention efforts and offer guidance during challenging situations
• Deliver in-service trainings and workshops for staff on topics related to student well-being and mental health
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with all regulations
