Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), or Medical Technologist (MT) to work as a generalist across multiple laboratory departments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Performing testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Microbiology, and Blood Bank
Producing accurate and timely laboratory results
Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced laboratory equipment
Following quality-control, safety, and regulatory standards
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Supporting high-quality patient care in a community hospital setting
Qualifications:
Required: Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license
Required: Bachelors Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science or related field
Preferred: ASCP certification as an MLS or MT
Preferred: Generalist experience
Willingness to work across all major laboratory departments
