Optometrist Locum- Montana

• Work Dates Needed: Starting as soon as possible/credentialed - thru one year, with 4 additional possible option years
• Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, No weekends, No holidays
• Worksite Setting: Rural Health facility in MT
• Scope of Work: Perform comprehensive eye exams; diagnose and manage ocular disease; prescribe corrective lenses and medications; Provide emergency care when needed; minor procedures; document in EHR; coordinate with medical staff
• Requirements: Doctor of Optometry; Active unrestricted license any state; BC or BE; BLS
• EMR: EHR/RPMS
