Bilingual Registered Nurse Leadership Opportunities

We are seeking experienced bilingual Registered Nurses for two clinical leadership opportunities within a growing home-care organization. Candidates may be considered for one or both positions based on their experience in home care, nursing supervision, clinical education, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Assistant Director of Patient Services
The Assistant Director of Patient Services supports daily clinical operations and helps ensure the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality home-care services.
Responsibilities
Support daily clinical operations and patient-service delivery
Supervise and provide guidance to nursing staff
Review clinical documentation, patient records, and plans of care
Conduct chart audits and address documentation deficiencies
Support quality assurance and performance-improvement activities
Monitor compliance with NYSDOH and other applicable regulations
Assist with complex patient cases and clinical escalations
Support staff onboarding, coaching, and performance management
Help maintain readiness for regulatory surveys and audits
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams
Requirements
Active New York State Registered Nurse license
Minimum of three years of nursing experience
At least one year of home-care experience
Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and patient-care standards
Clinical supervisory or nursing leadership experience strongly preferred
Experience with quality assurance, chart audits, or regulatory compliance preferred
RN Educator
The RN Educator leads clinical onboarding, training, mentorship, and competency development for nursing and home-care staff.
Responsibilities
Lead RN onboarding and clinical orientation
Develop and deliver clinical training and continuing-education programs
Provide field mentorship, coaching, and clinical support
Conduct competency evaluations and skills assessments
Identify training needs through audits, quality data, and performance trends
Educate staff on policies, procedures, documentation, and care standards
Support corrective education following clinical or documentation deficiencies
Maintain training records and required compliance documentation
Assist with quality assurance and regulatory-readiness activities
Promote consistent clinical practices and improved patient outcomes
Requirements
Active New York State Registered Nurse license
Minimum of two years of experience within an LHCSA, CHHA, or MLTC environment
Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
Strong clinical communication, presentation, and coaching skills
Clinical education, staff development, or preceptor experience preferred
Experience with quality assurance, chart auditing, or competency evaluations preferred
Knowledge of NYSDOH home-care regulations preferred
