Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction planning through project completion and closeout.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, project costs, subcontractors, scopes of work, change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate communication between clients, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff.
- Review construction documents, submittals, blueprints, and project requirements to support accurate execution.
- Monitor project quality, safety, productivity, timelines, and financial performance.
- Lead projects across commercial sectors including hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, and government construction.
