We are seeking an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst Center Lead to join our team at Golden Care Therapy NJ. Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Assistant Behavior Analysts (ABAs) to deliver exceptional patient care
Develop and implement center-based treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ABA therapy standards and protocols
Mentor and coach team members to improve skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and successful outcomes
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure treatment plans are effective and tailored to individual needs
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and research to maintain expert knowledge and leadership
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience
