Float Physical Therapist | Acute, Inpatient Rehab & Outpatient | Rome GA | $8K Sign-On

Position Highlights

About the Role
A non-profit hospital system in Northwest Georgia is seeking a Float PT to rotate between Acute Care, Inpatient Rehab, and Outpatient. It's ideal for therapists who want diverse clinical exposure and strong development support within a large, mission-driven system. You'll be part of an 80-person therapy department with a structured 6-month mentorship, scheduled shadowing on complex cases, and weekly check-ins through your first three months. After a year, you can enroll in the Clinical Ladder Program for base-pay increases tied to specialty hours and certifications, with a $1,500/year CEU budget along the way.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, licensed or license-eligible in Georgia
• New grads and experienced PTs welcome
• Wants diverse exposure across acute, IPR, and outpatient
