• Measure, position, align, and secure components before and during the welding process.

• Follow established welding procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.

• Maintain an organized work area and properly care for welding tools and equipment.

• Work with production team members to complete fabrication projects accurately and on schedule.

Required:

• MIG welding skills and the ability to produce consistent, quality welds.

• Ability to safely operate welding equipment and work in a steel fabrication environment.

• Ability to follow work instructions, measurements, and production requirements.

• Dependable attendance and ability to work the full MondayFriday schedule.

• Willingness to follow all required workplace and welding safety procedures.

• Resume and interview are required for consideration.

Preferred:

• Previous MIG welding, manufacturing, metal fabrication, or structural steel experience.

• Experience reading shop drawings, blueprints, measurements, or fabrication specifications.

• Experience using common metalworking and fabrication tools.
