Behavioral Health Specialist

Position Overview:

• Support individuals with mental health or behavioral conditions


• Assist with implementing care or treatment plans


• Provide direct patient interaction and support


• Monitor and document patient behavior and progress


• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field


• Relevant experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting


• Certifications or licensure may be required depending on role (e.g., RBT, counselor license)


• Strong communication, de-escalation, and patient engagement skills
