Ft. Myers, Naples, FL: Cornea specialist needed to join 5 Physicians in a beautiful new state of the art office. High-volume practice offering turnkey surgical volume featuring exceptional premium-lens adoption, concierge-level clinical and administrative support and a highly favorable payor mix. Fully dedicated team of work-up technicians, scribes, and diagnostic support. Practice is looking for an energetic candidate who is OD friendly and is eager to develop physician relationships. Two wholly-owned, ophthalmic surgery centers housing state-of-the-art technology. Extremely competitive guaranteed salary of $450,000 with $50,000 sign on bonus plus production with potential to earn $1,000,000+ in compensation with highly lucrative performance incentive plus extraordinary benefits including 401(k) with 4% Company Match Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts Malpractice Insurance Continuing Education with 5 dedicated days and $4,000 allowance Licenses and Dues Employee Discounts.
