The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, and implements therapy interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.</p></li><li><p>Implement treatment plans and select appropriate therapeutic modalities to meet established patient goals.</p></li><li><p>Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training.</p></li><li><p>Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.</p></li><li><p>Assist with discharge planning and patient education to support continued recovery.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and treatment records.</p></li><li><p>Ensure therapy services meet age-specific, cultural, and rehabilitative needs.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.</p></li><li><p>Maintain department productivity standards.</p></li><li><p>Provide safe, thorough, and professional patient care.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate compliance with Code of Conduct and organizational policies.</p></li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, modalities, and rehabilitation programs</p></li></ul><h3>Education</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Required:</strong> Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program</p></li></ul><h3>Licensure / Certification</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Required:</strong> Active Physical Therapist license in the state of assignment</p></li><li><p><strong>Required:</strong> American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification</p></li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Preferred:</strong> Previous physical therapy or healthcare experience</p></li></ul></p><p> <b>About Towne U.S. LLC</b><br><p data-start="184" data-end="599">Towne U.S. is a proud member of the Towne Family of Companies, which has been building community and opportunity since 1991.
