<p><strong>Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology</strong> </br> <strong>Location:</strong> Midland, MI </br> <strong>Employer:</strong> Curative </br> <strong>Pay:</strong> $175 to $200 per hour </br> <strong>Start Date:</strong> ASAP </br></p> <h4 >About the Position</h4> <p>LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Midland, Michigan, 48670!<br><br><p>Locum OB/GYN coverage in Michigan with 24 hour in house call shifts and strong overnight L&D support from midwives and PAs.</p><p><strong>Highlights</strong></p><ul><li>Highlights were not provided in the required <highlights> block.</li></ul><p><strong>Practice Setting</strong></p><ul><li>Inpatient OB/GYN coverage, including labor and delivery triage and emergency department GYN consults.</li><li>Support overnight on the L&D floor includes 3 PAs and midwives from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.</li><li>Midwives practice independently and contact you only if assistance is needed.</li><li>No requirement to supervise APPs.</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>24 hour call shifts, scheduled 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM.</li><li>Primary call is in house, you must remain on the hospital floor for the full shift, call rooms available.</li><li>Secondary call may be taken from the hotel, with required hospital check in each morning at 7:00 AM.</li><li>Orientation required, 1 business day before start.</li></ul><p><strong>Cases and Procedures</strong></p><ul><li>Vaginal deliveries and C sections.</li><li>D&C, including suction D&C.</li><li>Emergency GYN surgeries, tubal ligations, laparoscopy and laparotomy.</li><li>Reading NSTs; circumcisions preferred but not required.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Must be an MD or DO.</li><li>Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.</li><li>Michigan license required, will wait for license with active IMLC LOQ only.</li><li>BLS, ACLS, and PALS.</li></ul><p>Let's compare your availability with the remaining 24 hour in house call needs and talk through the overnight midwife and PA support model.</p></p><p> <b>About Curative</b><br><p><strong>Finding the right job shouldn’t be a hassle.
